Lucy’s worldview was shaped in her native Venezuela and enriched by twenty years living in Spain. She is an adventurous traveler and delights in discovering new cultures. She has developed a wealth of knowledge and wisdom through her work and studies in coaching, psychology, and organizational development. She has a long history of training coaches, building leadership strengths in her clients, and writing. She is dedicated to teaching emotional literacy to coaches, leaders, or any person with a passion for emotional growth. Lucy is a compassionate and committed teacher greatly admired by her students.
