Jyotsna has more than 25 years of professional experience in the corporate world. She has an MBA in Human Resource Management and is an ICF—PCC coach. She is a keen learner and has an Emotions-Centered Coach certification, Executive Presence Coach (ExPI) certification, Hogan certification, NLP, and Advance NLP certification. She has completed a foundation course in Appreciative Inquiry. She brings a lot of context from her corporate experience; she has led the HR department for organizations and also brings a lot of experience in leading HR Transformation programs, which cover all the different dimensions of transformation – People, Process, and Technology. She is a People Services Advisor and a Leadership Coach. As a coach, she works with professionals who identify themselves as high-potential and are eager to work on aspects of leadership and personal development skills to become more influential, deliver better results, and live a content life.
She became Dan’s fan after reading his book “The Unopened Gift” and decided to pursue her ECC Certification. ECC certification has increased her knowledge about emotions and helped her deeply connect with herself and others. She uses this knowledge extensively in her coaching sessions. Exploring emotions and helping clients understand their purpose and impulses, is so powerful. These new insights help her clients to connect the dots between emotion and behavior. This allows them to understand and navigate through emotions while making conscious choices.
